3A Swap

35' dwell, your stoic'ing out, your running lean on the upper band of your
torque, change it to 60' of dwell and make sure your other settings don't
change after you change the dwell, you need to go back and forth to make
sure you have the same timing anf cam advance but with 60; of dwell...

You will find horsepower that way...

Patrick,

I finally have the 2.0l 8V timed up etc...this is what I have...

dwell set at 35 degrees and timing at 14 degrees at about 950 rpm...I
advanced the cam timing to 3
degrees. I just ran a mustang and took him in the first two gears and he
just pulled away in 3rd.

So now where do I go for more power? No, not another 16V swap...lol! I
already have that in the rocco.
I'm thinking about putting a cam in there. Any suggestions? I'm going to
post something to the list
cuz I know nothing about cams...

Thanks!

Sal Guzzo
