shim kit on a turbo 16v

yea. I mostly have the know how to take it to 350 hp I'm mostly looking for
others opinions and experiences. sorry I didn't say guys or ladies. I can
build a motor that can do it I just wanted to do it on a stock bottom end.
its not going to be a stock head my all means I'm going to do it up. tranny
wish I know what I have to do to support it and got it to take the shock if
launching off the line.
If I wanted to do 350 hp daily driving I would just get a shim kit, p&p
head, 3 angle valve job, autotech valve springs and retainers, t3/t4E turbo,
3in exhaust and custom intake, 55lb injectors, and poly mounts all around so
there is no power loss. but thins setup i mentioned is daily driving
meaning 1-2 shift normal 3rd gear boost goes up to 15 psi. i say 3rd gear
because 3rd gear its MUCH less if a shock on the tranny internals.
