Hi,

I have been off the list for a couple of months now
( had to work in England and have been to hospital for surgery )
and I`m pretty disappointed now to read things like this here.

First of all :
I`m not a shop and I`m not making profit with shipping parts to the USA.
At least not with list members. ( on eBay I don`t mind a couple of $ earned
:-) )

I have sent Marco a set of Jetta lights and one was wrong.
Then I have refunded Marco the full amount plus his shipping expenses
for sending it back. I have sent him 50 Euro, thats US$70, twice the amount
he had to pay for the lens...
So I thought everything was fine...until now. :-((

He hasn't mentioned that here I bet ?

listers).

O.K. Mike, if these are not just empty words , and you offer this help for
all listers
will you help me also ??
If you break legs for a due amount of $39 what will you do if the amount is
more than 2k $ ?

A list member owes me US$ 2,242 ( yes , it is
twothousandtwohundredandfourtytwo dollars )
plus interest on late payments since May 2003.
All this money is for parts that I have sent him. I sent him parts before
without problems,
so I thought I could trust him as a friend - but then no check arrived...
After several e-mails thoughout the last year,
he promised to get it back on 15th of December, but still nothing...

I`m not making his name public at this time so he still has a chance to
contact me
and solve it somehow.

Otherwise I might need your help as it is probably difficult
to get things rolling from here - far away in Germany...

BTT :
Aside from that, my Sciroccos are running fine, I am currently upgrading my
Corrado
and it is hungry to eat up VR6'es and other slow cars again in spring :-)

friendly regards from Germany
Dirk

Ohh no..I would want the same thing. Yes if he was not so high on the lists
preferential people you could have some nice person on the list go to his
house and break his legs ( I live in PA and offer this service for listers).
I think if he does not give you your money or the right part you are not
going to even have a forum here. you better find another area he has not
dominated. You will just end up banned for life from the list. Not that you
are wrong I am sure you are telling the truth. He will not be talked about
badly here mark my word. When the going gets tough those who have kissed
still smell like shit :)
