Help changing brake lines

Subject: Help changing brake lines

im replacing my rear calipers and installing ss lines but i cant figure out 
how to change the line that goes over the rear axle so my car is sitting in 
my driveway on stands so any help would be appreciated.

how much fluid do i need to bleed the car?
