Heater controls interchangeability...

The vacuum signal is weak because of a leak in the control itself... As the
vacuum goes away, the heater switches to Defrost, which is a default
position for safety...

BTW, this assembly does have AC, and I will have AC back in my car one
day...

  David

Doesn't the heater control just deal with directing the heat? It controls
the defroster and heater flaps. It also controls recirculating the air.
How are you getting cold? Is there a heat dropoff, or is there just no heat
to your feet?
