16v head problem

but I running 11 psi of boost on it with 10:1 compression. I already
destroyed 2 spark plugs in that cylinder and the insert comes out with the
plug so I have to use pliers to get the insert off the plug and reuse it. I
can't be reused again. I was starting my car up yesterday and it took 20
mins to get it started. when I got it started and running I popped the hood
and I see exhaust smoke coming out of cylinder 2 and its running on 3
cylinders. after to heats up the hole seals and it starts running on all 4.
but some times it bogs down because gas leaks back through the hole again
for a few seconds.

Come on, it's JUST your spark plug, I mean, it's not like it spins or
anything...

Sheesh... :-)
