Red insert for Scirocco Steering Wheel?

Opps I reply to the wrong one, was supposed to be about the scirocco for
sale.

As for the steering wheel, they never came painted in any euro-brochures I
have seen, so it's a type-R-euro-crap someone started.
Get testor red gloss paint (2.99) and a little patience and you can do it
yourself.

This guy is selling a Steering wheel with a red insert on ebay.  I have seen
ones that have been painted but never a stock one.  Is this guy blowing
smoke or what???
