Or get real fancy and go to your local hobby shop and pick up a bunch of Deans connectors. Almost zero resistance, seals well, easy to use and easily unpluggable, in case you want to unplug your headlights for some reason. Not too expensive either.

These provide a much better connection than the spade type, which will have enough resistance (from corrosion) over time to overheat the wires' insulation near the connector.
You may have to drill the existing holes in the prongs out a small amount.

I don't know about making all 4 lights come on with the
high beams, though. You may find your lights bright
enough with the relays.
