Really ON TOPIC: Members web sites

I have to confess, my stone age computer takes so long, so I don't surf as 
often as you guys. (I literally go get coffee while some things load up) 
Julie offered her site, so I went there , and it actually worked. I often 
have problems opening some pages that show up on list. I have to take some 
time and really dig through the parent .org site again, haven't gone there 
for a while. I take it scirocco.dhs.org ties in through there?
