scirocco gathereing

ok, if i can tag onto dauns wireless, i can upload occasional webcam pics to
scirocco.dhs.org, and have a cincy page running from there. this will
minimize the bandwidth requirements on dauns end (only update like every 5
mins or something, i'm sure his connect can handle a 15k upload every 5 mins
or so).
if i can find the right software to link it all up, i can do it all from my
hp ipaq h4155 + camera.

if this is something we can do (i.e. if daun gives me the OK), i'll be sure
to pick up the camera for it prior to cincy.
