My car was hit.. AGAIN!

what we need is reactive armour like some military
vehicles have. the theory is that when the shell hits
the armour, the armour detonates against the shell,
limiting it's effects. on a car, this would explode
outward, against the offending vehicle. more damage
would be done to their vehicle. 'gee, i'm sorry,
about your entire engine compartment.. you must have
hit my bumper or something...'
hahaha
