forced to unload the scirocco, what next?



The vr6 engine is a real workhorse.   My friends have
several that have 200k on them with very minimal
maintenance.  They get driven hard and rarely break. 
The motor mount on them are soft, but its only $100 to
and an hour to put in turn2's or something.  Some
people complain that the timing chains are expensive
maintenance and that they need replacement, but I've
seen them goo 200k+ with no problems.  Its a thirsty
engine on fuel if you drive in town, but its pretty
good for mileage on the highway.  Definatley a good
sounding engine...
