Any Cure for Tires that have sat around?

We have Potenza RE910 and RE750 205-50-15 UHP on the corrado and haven't encountered any flats.

I'm wondering if it has to do with a taller tire, maybe a 215/225 55 15/16. Maybe even an all-season tire.

The Potenza's are summer only, in snow she would become a sled.

Very possibly...
The only tire I've ever had that had the flat-spotting problem is a current set of Kumho Ecsta MX 255-45 and 285-40's. Perhaps the high performance/lower profile types are more susceptible ...

Would it be due to the size or make of tire, maybe a winter tire vs. a high performance?

Our Bridgestone Potenza's sit for about 6-7 months and we've never encountered flat spots.

Some tires flat-spot literally overnight, and these will correct with a few
miles of driving.
I would suspect that sitting for longer periods of time will require more
and more driving to work the flat spot out....so at some point, the flat
spot will never come out. It that magic time a year? Six months? Six
years? Who knows.
Try it and find out if these particular tires can be saved.
