Help: Mushy brake pedal, any suggestions?

My front bleeders are pointed pretty much straight forward. I would assume with the calipers on backwards they would point straight up instead.
The rears are pointed straight rearward. So I think I'm alright there.
Now I'm worried about the MC/booster.
For the guy who suggested I might be leaking fluid into the booster, it is mushy with the car off, but then when I start the car it's even mushier.
The more suggestions the merrier! Thanks guys!
