Leaky brake line union... any remedy?

I had my local garage double flare my new hard brake line, and apparantly they suck at it, cause it is leaking.  I tried tightening then loosening it a couple times to get the flare to sit tight, but it still leaks.  I want to avoid ripping this line out again, so is there any safe way to remedy this?
