HELP!! Need pistons questions answered ASAP]

I also remember reading about forged pistons wearing rings or cylinders.
There was something about expansion, I don't remember exactly what, I'll
try and find the article. Anyway the gist was leave forged for race
engines that get torn down and rebuilt a lot, or heavily boosted
engines.

If you are planning to "maybe" do some boost later on down the road,
wouldn't it be alright to put high compression pistons in now and lower
the compression later by way of a thicker head gasket? Just wondering.
