Wheel pimping questions



Larry,
  That would depend on what you found in the junkyard, no?  :)

Example...  4 14" Castelletts, I bought for 125.00.  I got them straightened
for 175.00, and polished for another 100.00.  Castellets are 345.00 dealer
cost, forged aluminim.  I just sold them, at a loss, but the owner now
confides in me that they were worth more...  BTW, I sold them to get a set
of 15" Castellets, they should look nice...

Just some food for thought...  :)

David's right, of course.
The only problem with a pro refinisher is that they are only viable if you
have expensive aftermarket or rare, no-longer-available wheels that MUST be
kept.
Otherwise, it costs more than most junkyard wheels are worth.
