ALL 16V MEMBERS...Clutch Question

If you can manage to find it, the original clutch from a 2L 16v engine
(from a GTI or GLI of the appropriate 1990ish-1991ish vintage) will
handle quite a lot of HP just fine. I coupled this with a Sachs Sport
pressure plate, which I have just heard might also be difficult to find
lately.. :/ Hmmm, guess this might not be too helpful at all actually.

I bought them both from Mike at Parts4VWs years ago, and he might
be able to help you out again. Wasn't cheap though...I think my total
bill for all new parts in this area was $450ish. Great modulation,
about 30% stiffer then stock by foot 'feel'. Holds 175+ish HP just fine.
Hooks up great when you need it.
