I am replacing the valve cover gasket on my 88 Jetta. 8v, no a/c 5
speed.

I bought the stud upgrade kit from Adirondak allow with the gasket.

Problem is, there's 8 studs for the valve cover and 4 longer studs for
something else...What are the 4 studs for, anyone have a clue..?
