A2 Jetta question; hard to get into reverse



Well, all I can tell you is it shifts better now, and it wouldn't go easily 
into reverse. (And I'd never be perverse, no, not me, and I actually missed 
some of the things I wrote that could be misread, thanks for listing them!) 
Funny, our "beater" Jetta has the opposite problem right now, won't go into 
fifth, which on a non turbo/air conditioned/ 1.6 diesel is pretty nice to 
have. It sure hasn't got much off the line.

But I was serious about the lollipop being another source of problems. 
Honest.
