What you got there is an ear infection.  You need to get yourself a perscription for an antibiotic, to fight the bacteria.  If you let this go on too long, the fluid will build up enough to burst your eardrum.  Which is bad news.  I'm not a Dr. in real life...I just play one on the Scirocco list. Good luck
