Tips for Cleaning Upholstery?

Jeff,

Leave the upholstery on the seats, just make sure they can dry completely.
You don't need to get them very wet. Just spray the upholstery cleaner on
with a spray bottle, so the fabric gets damp, scrub, then vac.

Do I do this while they're mounted on the bolsters or while I have them free
(it would seem that doing it while the fabric is free would make the process
10x more difficult...). Any risk to the bolsters?
