Head Gasket

My nephew is running 7 psi boost with a dead stock JH including stock
headgasket. Don't know the limit of the stock gasket, but it's higher than
this.
I'd like to jack the boost up (just to find the limit for the Scirocco
list), but my sister has drawn the line.

A stock one will do you just fine until you actually put the turbo on.
You'll want to replace the headgasket at that time, anyway.
