Unsure whether to fix mine or buy another.

Well after a long and hard battle with insurance companies I was able to
settle for I guess was a fair deal. My insurance company, State Farm.
Really pulled through for me. After American Family tried to screw me
royally by first off not offering me very much and to make matters worse
they tried to say I was 40% at fault and was deducting that amount from
the pay back. It wasn't even my fault, the other driver pulled out when
we had the green light and was written a citation, and there was a
witness in my favor. Well I ended up hiring my own appraiser, only cost
$90, that really new specialty cars, etc.. and got my original amount of
$1100 up to $3700. The right appraiser really do help, everyone should
listen to Josh - Get your car appraised now and get your insurance
company to agree with it. It will save you a lot in the long run.

I am undecided as whether I should fix mine or buy another. I am torn
because I have a lot invested into mine and transferring it will be
expensive and I haven't been able to find a donor car in decent enough
condition. I can fix the exterior of mine and have it painted really
nice but will still be faced with the interior and all the weather strip
seals should be replaced. Anyone have any good suggestions, car they
want to sell. I'm looking for one in good condition.

Thanks for all who helped me through this.
