rear wheel bearings

Is this true for changing front rotors as well (disks)?

if you are changing rotors it is a MUCH easier job with replacement
bearings, as its a pita to get the outer races out of the old rotors. with
new bearings on hand you can pre-prep and have the new rotors ready to
simply throw on (bearings pre-packed, assembled, etc).
