Shipping a Hood ?

A hood is supposedly on the way to me right now
through UPS. I bought it on E-bay from
kavegermanauto.com (he also has a website). I was
skeptical it could be shipped ups but he quoted
me(Boston to Colo. for $66) so I went ahead and took
the chance. So far UPS "lost it" once, the sender
tracked it to a warehouse where "the label fell off".
Next he had to wait for his regular driver to come
back from vacation, because "he'll take the big
packages". I'm still skeptical it's coming, but he has
100% positive feedback including a few "slow shipping"
comments, so I haven't given up hope but I might be
hounding him for a refund soon.
