Idle Hunting

Good points for all who replied.
1) My vaccumn sits between 15-19 for idle reaches 25 on decleration. So not 
vac by the looks.
2) The O2 sensor is the one I got at Cincy last year, though I will measure 
it today.
3) The ISV is buzzing, but the hose is not clamped. I will do that today as 
well.
4) The car IS burning rich, the gas consumption is horrible.
5) If all esle fails, I'll do the write up on Rocc.org.
