fuel pump, etc.

Assuming it is the fuel pump relay, where can I pick one up?  Potter has the pump, but a search on the relay came up squat.  And given that the pump itself is only $140, I'll probably go ahead and do it whilst doing the relay.  What's the difficuly level in doing the pump/relay?  I think Bentley said it was under the car, in front of the gas tank.  Will I need to drain the tank?  How about getting under there to do it?  I have no lift available other than the ramps I got to do oil changes.
 
Any input would be welcome.
