Megasquirt/Haltech pics

I uploaded some more pictures to http://scirocco.dhs.org/vw/list/D_Bubb/Haltech_installation/ showing the fuel line installation and the CAI I fabricated.
The fuel lines are clamped over the barbs on the existing fittings. The CIS delivery and return lines are plastic with a rubber covering. So, it's easy to cut them off and clamp a high pressure 8mm rubber hose over the barb.
As for the CAI, despite its very forward location I've never had any problem with water ingestion even in a driving rain.

  Nice idea on the mounting bracket.  That's exactly where I mounted my J&S Safeguard unit, only I didn't make a bracket, I used industrial strength velcro.
  Let everyone know when it's finished, I've got a lot of questions about installation I'd like to ask... like for one, how do you connect the fuel rail input and output lines to the existing fuel lines?
