He just says "high performance" not that the head has been P & P.
Ask if it's been ported and if so who by.
Also, ask if he has port flow numbers.
Buying a rebuilt head that hasn't been ported isn't going to improve your
engine's power any (although the 268 hydro cam is probably hotter than a
g-grind).
Any head that's been ported by a reputable builder will have a flow sheet.
Mine flows ~160 cfm @28in water @ .45" lift. You should look for something
with about the same flow.
