Clutch

Hello all,
My clutch slips in any gear when I get to the power band.  I have a 2.0
Litre 16v engine with eurocams. The current clutch is an OEM clutch for
a 1.8 16v.  
 
I would like to retain a relatively smooth ride, the car is not used for
racing and I don't want anything too harsh. It should also have good
durability. So whats your suggestion for a clutch/pressure plate combo
thats got a good price?
While I have the tranny out, should i put in a taller 5th gear? 
 
And lastly, does what are your feelings about urathane versus OEM
bushings? Once again, I would like a relatively smooth ride.
