Don't be afraid to *grind* down the short end of an "L" shaped "Allen" 
wrench. I think it is 6 mm.

If you have not had the pulley off before, don't be surprised if it seems 
like it is glued on.  You will be *sure* that it is held on by the large 
nut right in the center of the crank - but it is *not*.
