OT: I need a Licensce Plate!

Drew, sorry I don't have a plate for you (no animals on our tags) but
you reminded me of a request from a year or so ago. Someone was putting
together a set of pictures of license plates, on Sciroccos, from all 50
states. Does anyone remember this and if so, how far did it get? Thanks,

Hmm... I have an extra "river conservation" plate that has the otter on 
it...  probably won't do, though, I'm guessing.
