[tech] flooding engine

   this is for my audi, though it is still cis injection. would the cold 
start valve not functioning properly prevent the car from starting AND 
flood it at the same time? i'm having the intermittent problem with my 
audi doing it's thing and it smells like gasoline when i stop. just 
curious. thanx.
