IC help

For my turbo project for the mk1 I'm buying stuff bit by bit. I have a turbo already and was wondering if this IC would work for me. It says twin turbo IC, but it looks like a normal one to me. Can someone let me know if this would be good for me? Or should the IC be one of the later purchases, after I figure out my pipe routing and whatnot? Here's the link:
