I originally asked for something other than a VW, but close enough (Audi).

There are cars other than VWs out there? ;) Yeah, this is for VWs, don't
know about other makes.

If it's not a Dub, it probably won't register on the radar.
I assume you are talking VW engines running OBD I and II then. I thought
this question was about any vehicle with OBD I & II. Although my bad
expereince with OBD II was with a VW.
