[Southern States] Questions bout 2 tires and lookingforanopinion.. try this again!

<snip Joe>
Personally I am going with the AVS ES100s for my next set of tires. They
are the replacement for the AVS Intermediate, a well loved piece of rubber.
<end snip>

I just bought these in stock size (185-60/14). I replaced a mostly dead set
of SP8000s, which I really liked. I heard good things about the
Intermediates so I checked out the ES100s. They ranked better than the
Dunlops on TireRack (not by that much) and had better wet traction (a big
issue on the twisty rural roads of Oregon). I've only put about 400 miles
so far on them, thanks to an exploding coolant hose that I haven't fixed
yet, so I can't really report. My point: based on many opinions, including
the guy who mounted my tires and is running the ES100s on his 240sx, you'll
like the Yokos.
