another Scirocco is leaving NY

I didn't see that much soot coming out of the whole group rolling in at 
TDI-fest this year. It is awe inspiring, perhaps lung damaging, and it sucks 
I'm not fast enough to stay in front of it. This was two years ago in my 
case, I guess things don't change. Even Carrots (Drew's TD) doesn't lay it 
on that thick. Hope Nevada doesn't have random emissions stops. It'd even 
fail the "light duty diesel" E-test here, and it's just a visual. It's much 
as I imagine nuclear winter, without the radiation.
