'81 S going up for sale

Hi list memebers!

I haven't been on the list for over a year and a half now...although I was
always more of a lurker than a contributor.

Anyways, as the subject line says, the '81 S needs to go and I'll be
putting the details on the web in the next few days. Just thought I'd give
interested people a heads up.

I'm in San Diego and the car has as 2 liter that was installed by me in
January 2002. Various different mods. Exterior is starting to look bad due
to neglect. One rust spot behind the left front wheel, and more on the
hatch along the bottom where the emblems are. It's actually a shame that I
haven't taken care of them.

I have to say, checking out the scirocco.org page makes me want to keep
her, but with my son going on two and a new one in the planning stages,
the roc isn't getting the attention she deserves.
