sunroof rattles

I have about 5 or 6 really annoying rattles from my sunroof at various
rpms and road speeds. Luckily I don't stay at any one rpm or road speed
very long :)

But I was wondering if anyone has any specific experience solving rattles
in the sunroof - as to which guides/springs/plates tend to buzz the
most/loudest. I can't really drive and search for sunroof rattles at the
same time.
