front end rattle

I have this rattle, both wheels, I have new suspension (shocks and springs,
and everything involved in it, new ball joints, new bearings, new everything
on the front end including brakes pads and rotors.. Ah darn I new I forgot
the damn rattle brake pad clips...

PS: more often than not the obvious simple answer usually is the answer...
