Best oil weight

I run myself 10w40 Agip synt 2000, and rarely go over 105C during hot summer
time... For winter never had to try it with my 16v rocco since it is always
storage during winter time, but b4 that I had a 8v GTI and run perfectly with
this oil even if it was very cold!
