I think that pretty much sums it up. CIS-E is great
for any "normal" amount of mods you might do to a 16v.
Get a fuel enrichment module, tune the mixtures
properly, and away you go.

Digi-I is a great cheap alternative to going with a
stand-alone engine management system. But you only
need that if you're doing something really crazy, like
forced induction.
