[tech][16v] OXS help

There are "test" connections in this area that do not connect to anything.
The O2 sensor has a two place plug and a single spade connector. The single
is the sensor output and goes into a shielded probably green wire. The other
connector is the heater and should only plug into one of the remaining
connections.
