New Exhaust manifold vs. Header

A new 16v exhaust manifold will cost around $300 or more... according to
Daun who bought one last year...
or the cost of a nice header would be?

I don't want to start a debate over why to use a header or not to... but
cost-wise, what options are available?

New 16v Manifold... $300? (Potterman)
Eurosport header... $300 (Eurosport website)
Supersprint header... cost, source?

Any other considerations?
