valve spring changes without compressed air

Might want to kick it down a couple notches. TDC wont hold the valve up
completely. This is only a problem when your trying to reinstall the
valve keepers. (Depending on what tool you have.) if the valve drops down
far enough, depending on the motor your doing it in, now how you gonna
reinstall those keepers?

I like the compressed air method at TDC, faster to do than the rope trick
but the rope trick is the bomb when it comes to ultimate keeper
instalation safety.
