16v steering wheel

Mine has finally worn through the hide and into the spongy material. 
Needless to say, it's a nasty feeling to have something rolling under
your hand while your driving.  Does anyone have a 16v wheel in good to
great shape that might be willing to part with?  Or is there a way that
I can repair mine as execpt for this one small spot (right where my hand
sits) my wheel is perfect.
