What to use as side markers?

Audi's make good donors, the later the model the better. They are
somewhat triangular shaped to be seen fore & aft a bit better but are
really cool.

You can hook up two wire lights to both run in place as marker lights
and blink when the turn signal is actuated. I forget who had the
schematic but a Google search might find it somewhere. (Maybe Daniel
Stern Lighting, dunno)
