Adj cam sprocket for 16v

Setting cam timing is sort of a personal preference thing. Want a little
more low end and willing to give up a little top end then try advancing the
cam a couple degrees. Little more top end with less midrange, try retarding
the cams a little.
Just move it around a little and see which you prefer. I'm not sure
advancing or retarding more than ~4-6' will do much except kill power
throughout the range. In any event you'll only be moving a few HP, it's not
a major change. Also, don't forget to reset ignition timing after adjusting
cam timing since the distributor is driven off the cam on the 16V.
