timing belt cover

There is a 10mm nut at the bottom of that weird hole.  It could be totally
rounded off / rusted away... :(  Happened to me once changing a tbelt 
on a typcial
northeastern rust belted 85 8v.  I had to hacksaw the belt cover off 
at the bottom
...very fun - not.
